We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our busy embroidery and printing unit in Eastleigh on a temporary basis, but with the offer of a permanent position for an enthusiastic and reliable candidate.

Duties will include preparing orders, framing garments, programming and running industrial embroidery machines, printing garments, packing orders and other appropriate tasks as required.

As the ideal candidate you will be extremely flexible with a positive “can do” attitude.
You must be able to work to your own initiative as well as part of a team and have the ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
You will have good attention to detail and be physically fit as the job requires you to be stood for the duration of your shift and lift heavy boxes.

Knowledge of using a sewing machine would be an advantage, as would an aptitude for needlecraft, although this is not essential as full training will be given.

Order Processing Clerk

Warehouse Operative

Temporary position required from June to September.

30 Hours per week flexible
Additional hours will be required during our busy periods including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Skoolkit is a family run business specialising in school uniform. We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse in Eastleigh.
This is a temporary position from June to September. In return you must be physically fit, enthusiastic, reliable and possess good timekeeping skills.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Picking and packing using a voice activated pick module.
• Goods inward procedures.
• High bay replenishment using man up picking truck.
• Stock control with IT based systems.
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards.
• Other duties as required which will include light and heavy lifting.

The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team and unsupervised, possess basic administrative skills, and good numeracy and literary skills.
You must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
